sf parc is a home for creative technologists, people who build tech while embracing their artistic creativity. inspired by the iconic xerox parc and our neighbor (the lush presidio park), sf parc is the home for late night white boarding session and daytime hiking adventures. vibes are a beautiful mix of engineering, research, and art.

sf2 is a hacker house like no other. the energy is electric: rapid iteration, feedback, and motivation boosts your momentum in spades. you’ll see groundbreaking innovations on humanoid robots and bci's inside the bedrooms and rocket launches out in the backyard. the vibes are all about ‘shipping fast’ and deep tech.

londinium is the home for those locking in on ai. from researchers to startup founders, the house exudes innovation. home to a tight-knit group, this 5 bedroom home is connected to the heart of london. vibes are focused, driven, and broski-like.

arcadia was born from the ashes of a former yc office. it exists to serve those who don’t only care about startups, but who desire to push the limits of knowledge. big ideas are discussed here with a love for mankind. it is our biggest home w/ 14 bedrooms. vibes are at the intersection of startup and academia with college vibes at its core.

v2 blends artistic taste with tech nerdiness. a collaborative space in vancouver that brings together the best of both worlds. the gorgeous, spacious home consists mostly of individuals from atelier (vancouver’s version of socratica). vibes are homey, artistic, and rooted in a deep appreciation for taste and community-building.

hsr house is set in the epicenter of hsr layout, the house remains close to all booming startups in the city. the house invites successful founders as mentors every week to get feedback on work that builds their startup. vibes are cozy, exploratory, early-stage, and hustle-y.
